The grapes for this wine are harvested in the second week of September and processed using modern technology, without maceration, with a fermentation period of 25 days. It is then aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks, and after racking, clarifying, and filtering in April, it is bottled. The result is a dry wine with 12.8% alcohol content, a pleasant yellow-green color, with scents of acacia flower, ripe yellow apple, and nutty fruits. In taste, the dominant notes are of ripe grapes and cooked quince, with mild hints of vanilla and cinnamon. This Malvazija pairs exceptionally well with seafood, especially shrimp, squid, and other shellfish, as well as mildly spiced veal cooked under the iron bell and with vanilla ice cream. It is best served chilled at 11-12 degrees Celsius.</description></oembed>
